Anthony Condello

Principal
Anthony has experience in a wide range of practice areas, particularly in criminal law and family law. He regularly appears in the Magistrates’ Court and County Court of Victoria in relation to bail applications, plea hearings, contested summary hearings and appeal hearings. Anthony also instructs Counsel in the Supreme Court of Victoria and Court of Appeal.
With regular appearances in the Federal Circuit & Family Court of Australia, Anthony has extensive knowledge in all family law related areas, regarding both parenting and property disputes.
Additionally, Anthony represents clients in the Children’s Court of Victoria in both criminal and family law divisions, and regularly acts for parties involved in personal safety and family violence intervention order matters in the Magistrates’ Court. He oversees the firm’s engagement in all commercial and civil dispute matters.
Best known for his approachability, pragmatic focus and strong advocacy and negotiation skills, Anthony always ensures that the needs of his clients are prioritised.
Anthony is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria and the Australian Italian Lawyers Association.
He is also a Commander of the Order of Saint Mary of Bethlehem in recognition of his contribution and assistance to the Italian community.
Stefanie Chillico

Senior Associate
Stefanie has extensive experience in the criminal law jurisdiction, having been involved in a number of complex matters in the County Court and Supreme Court of Victoria, including plea hearings, trials and appeals.
She also has a wide range of knowledge regarding both parenting and property matters within the area of family law. Stefanie helps her clients navigate the challenging journey of separations with empathy and unwavering support.
Today, Stefanie’s main practice areas relate to property law, family law, criminal law and deceased estates. She dedicates herself to effecting timely settlements and the efficient resolution of disputes.
Kayla Balassone
LL.M., LL.B., BCom, GradDipLegPrac
Senior Associate
Kayla has experience in a wide range of criminal law, family law, proceeds of crime and deceased estate matters. She regularly instructs counsel in the County Court and Supreme Court of Victoria in complex criminal matters and passionately engages in ‘written advocacy’ by drafting high quality legal submissions and affidavits.
Kayla is best known for her meticulous preparation, strong attention to detail and analytical skills. She is approachable, diligent and a fierce advocate for her clients. Kayla always strives to achieve the best possible outcomes and represents clients with professionalism and integrity.
As a senior member of the Condello Lawyers team, Kayla regularly represents the firm at legal forums and is a Mentor in the Women in Crime Mentorship Program.
Kayla successfully completed her Master of Laws in 2023 and has a keen interest in Royal Commissions and forensic evidence.
Michelle Miceska

Lawyer
Michelle is currently a Lawyer after having been admitted to practice in March 2023.
Michelle assists clients in various aspects of family law including parenting and children’s matters, property settlement, child support and spousal maintenance.
She understands that the breakdown of a relationship can be a stressful and overwhelming at times. She works with clients to find the appropriate pathway to resolve their family law matters with empathy and proficient advice.
Michelle also represents clients in the Magistrates’ Court of Victoria in regards to criminal matters for contest mentions and plea hearings and parties involved in personal safety and family violence intervention order matters.
Michelle also instructs Counsel in the Family and Federal Circuit Court of Australia.
Michelle also works alongside our Senior Associate, Stefanie Chillico, in all conveyancing matters ranging from purchases and sales to subdivisions.

Vittoria Condello
Administrative Assistant
View profileOver the years, her role and responsibilities have expanded. She ensures that the general operations of the office run efficiently and provides support to the entire team at Condello’s, assisting with various tasks across all areas of the firm.
Vittoria also works alongside Anthony and Stefanie to assist on matters relating to fines Victoria including extension applications, wills, enduring powers of attorney, and divorce applications.
Vittoria is the first point of contact within our office, offering a professional and empathetic approach to all clients.
